What seat size do I need?
Seat size is highly subjective and depends on your height, weight, body type, type of saddle, riding discipline, and personal preference. We always recommend a little extra room in the seat over a seat that’s too snug. For more information, click Read More.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Please contact orders@circley.com or 800-531-3600 for any questions on product warranties. You will need the item number, photos of the damage to the item, and it is recommended that you have your receipt.

Do you offer saddle repairs?

Yes, we offer saddle and tack repair and cleaning exclusively on our products. For repairs on Circle Y, High Horse, Tucker Saddlery, or Reinsman Equestrian products please contact orders@circley.com or 800-531-3600.

Please have your item number, photos of any damage, and saddle serial number available.

What kinds of warranties are available?
Most products come with robust warranties, with decades of experience and product knowledge we are able to confidently stand behind the items that we make. Warranties apply to the first owner and begin when the product is purchased from an authorized dealer, they are not transferrable. Read more for specific information.
Does Circle Y have any recalls?
There are not any current Circle Y recalls, there have not been any Circle Y recalls on our saddles, trees, or other products. We’re committed to making quality products that are safe for horses and riders, and put a lot of time and energy into our product designs and testing. Any recalls will be addressed as quickly as possible, and buyers will be informed so that they can return any recalled products for replacement items of equal value.

What is your return policy?
Please note that our return policy is exclusive to this website; policies may vary by dealer. Any stock item purchased on our website may be returned with an RA number within 30-days of receipt, as long as it remains in new, unused condition. Some exclusions apply. Shipping is nonrefundable. Saddle and Tack Care
How should I polish the silver on my Circle Y tack?
Our pure silver is electroplated and has a protective finish to prevent tarnishing. We recommend cleaning only with a damp cloth. Abrasive or chemical cleaners could result in the removal of the protective finish, which can cause severe damage or tarnishing. Within normal use, saddle silver may be subject to scratches that allow tarnishing. Use a dry, soft cloth to buff away any tarnish.
How should I care for my leather products?
The life of the leather depends upon the care you give it. Most saddles experience the rigors of the environment, and proper care is essential to prolong their life. It is important to regularly clean your saddle and treat the leather with the best oils and leather conditioners available to you. After you ride, or if your saddle gets wet, clean all leather parts that were exposed to sweat and moisture, let dry naturally, and oil. Do not use artificial heat or direct sunlight to dry leather, this will burn it, and it may become brittle and lose its strength. Leather that has been burned through this process should no longer be used.

How do I become an authorized dealer?

Information on becoming an Authorized Circle Y Saddles, Reinsman Equestrian, High Horse Saddles, and Tucker Saddlery dealer is available upon request through our team. To be considered, a candidate must be a tack retailer who has a permanent retail storefront open to the general public during “typical” retail hours and must be interested in carrying a full line of saddles and tack.

Tucker created the ErgoBalance™ stirrup (EBS) design as added comfort for your saddle. What makes these stirrups so great is the angled cone which helps keep a rider balanced in the saddle and decreases knee and ankle fatigue. The large end of the cone goes towards the horse. What is Circle Y Softee™ leather?

 Circle Y Softee™ leather is used for the seat jockeys and fenders of some saddles. It provides a ready-to-ride, broke-in feel right from the start, which reduces the rider’s knee and ankle strain.

What is a Flex2® Tree?
The patented Flex2® tree by Circle Y features technology derived from years of saddle fit and craftsmanship. The Flex2® tree conforms to the horse’s back at the tips of the bars, and the saddle skirts have a shock-absorbing neoprene filler for the horse and rider’s comfort. They're lightweight, comfortable for you and your horse, and come in a variety of styles.
